Buffers from two different suppliers were significantly different.
Most holes were this size.
A couple of holes were a bit small (paint too thick).
The smaller holes required a bit of trimming of the buffer shank so it could fit into the hole.
Done.
Bonnet Latch
The latch mechanism. The horizontal bits should be painted black per original.
From below.
Bonnet Hinges
The sheet metal screws are holding in a trim plate. Sometime in the distant past a better heater was installed to better accommodate the Canadian winters. I replaced this with an original heater soon after acquiring the car.
Some day I should get around to replacing these Robertson head screws with at least Philips head screws.
Bonnet Washers and Wipers
Interior wiper mechanism had been wrapped in plastic just prior to going to the sandblaster.
Noe wiper shaft gromets.
Old hardware and grommets.
Washer nozzle and grommets (new and old).
All pieces.
A bit heavy on the paint. Had to widen the holes a bit.
Sizes of nylon washer.
